The three on-site restaurants and efficient room service made dining a delight, especially the afternoon tea in the Living Room. The stunning rooms featured lovely decor, and we deeply appreciated the thoughtful anniversary gifts. The infinity pool and spa amenities were superb for relaxation, but we did experience some noise from a nearby swimming platform. Staff was really good, offering warm hospitality and seamless service throughout. The close proximity to landmarks like the New Zealand Maritime Museum made our family time even more special. We can't wait to return!

The triple room was stylish with beautiful bathrooms all with views, the bed was very clean. Enjoyed perfect and best possible location, very close to restuarants, bars and the marina/wharf, the more casual restaurant and downtown attractions and restaurants.

I recently spent four good nights at Park Hyatt while exploring the area with friends. The location by the viaduct was ideal for leisurely walks and nearby dining. The rooms were immaculate, with an comfortable bed and the softest towels I've ever encountered. Breakfast was a highlight, with an impressive buffet and creative cooked-to-order options. The hydrotherapy area was a fantastic touch, and Beau, the friendly hotel dog, added a personal charm to our experience. The attentive staff made us feel genuinely welcomed.
I 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean with great and lovely location in a different area to the bathroom and luxurious rooms. Location: the property was near to a business center or complimentary space, excellent eateries and The Park Hyatt. You can find Feriza's right next to the hotel to a have lunch.
The staff was a bit disorganised.

During my recent business trip to Auckland, my director chose the Park Hyatt, and I couldn't be more grateful for that decision. I was captivated by the stunning design of the hotel. My room was very nice, featuring a magnificent wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with a luxurious bath that offered views of the city skyline— a treat. The staff were really good; each person I encountered was courteous and attentive, making my stay feel special. One of the highlights was the beautiful birthday cake that was brought to my room, which was a good surprise. the facilities were great. I had the chance to unwind at the Spa, and the pool overlooking the harbor was amazing. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated during my short stay.

An unexpected treat in the spa
The King Room with Balcony was elegantly designed and provided beautiful views. The staff impressed me with their attentiveness, even preparing a coffee for my early departure.
The breakfast option was unavailable due to my early flight, and I did notice some leftover milk in the fridge, which raised my concerns about cleanliness.

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed the hydrology section and hit up Viaduct Harbour for some great views. The room was fine and spacious. The gym is open 24/7 with yoga and aerobics classes-definitely worth checking out! Just some minor hiccups with room readiness that I'd suggest future guests keep in mind.
My main issue was waiting too long for one of the suites to be ready, which cut into our plans. We expected better management on that front.
